Executive Assistant & Office Manager

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will manage the day-to-day business activities of the CEO, including providing strategic management of the CEO’s busy and complex schedule, coordinating meetings with internal and external contacts, preparing and tracking the CEO’s expenses and arranging complex travel. The role is a pivotal support position, as the Executive Assistant is a key liaison among staff members and between the CEO and external partners, which include funders, other education reform organizations, and senior policy makers and legislators

Program Associate (Paid Internship)

Pivot Learning Partners seeks a graduate student who has a background in education, has strong research, writing and speaking skills, is a quick learner, and has the ability to work productively in a fast paced and sometimes unpredictable environment. This is a paid position. It would run for 10 weeks starting in late May or early to mid-June. Depending on the candidate, there may be an opportunity to continue work on a part-time basis in the fall (approximately 8-16 hours per week).

Director, Finance

We are currently seeking a Director, Finance. This position is responsible for all financial and accounting matters for Pivot Learning. S/he work would work closely with the CEO and the rest of the Senior Leadership team to develop and enact strategic organizational goals and annual plans that ensure fiscal solvency for the organization and allow for program growth and expansion. The Director, Finance will provide oversight and management of financial systems, information, and processes. Further s/he will provide accurate financial and accounting information to the Board of Directors as needed.
