Core Values

Our core values reflect what is truly important to us as an organization. They are the foundation of our company culture and are constant over time — from situation to situation and from person to person.

Integrity – To us, integrity is vital to how we function. We act with honesty and respect at all times and in all interactions. We opt for transparency in action and in thought. We choose to do what is right even when no one is watching.

Discovery – We embrace opportunities to learn new things and to try different approaches. We challenge ourselves to think creatively both about the work itself and about how we work. We actively seek out diverse perspectives and leverage the diverse skills and expertise within our organization. We celebrate successes and have fun at work.

Leadership – As an organization, we are leaders in the field of education. As individuals, we are leaders in our areas of expertise. We take initiative and continuously push ourselves to identify and successfully implement innovative new solutions to the toughest problems in education.

Excellence – We hold ourselves and each other to a standard of excellence, in our individual work, in our interactions with our colleagues, clients and partners, and as an organization. Our products and programs are best in class and we always engage in a professional, collaborative, and positive manner.

Impact – We seek to achieve transformational outcomes for the people we serve and the students we work to impact. We value achieving individual and organizational results and hold ourselves and each other accountable for what we do and how we accomplish it.
